I didn’t follow the typical path into wedding planning, and honestly, I think that’s what makes the way I work a little different. Over the years, I’ve worn a lot of hats, working across events, tourism, and marketing, in roles that required both creativity and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Along the way, I learned how to read a room, solve problems quickly, and connect with all kinds of people.
Before starting Scotto Soirees, I spent several years as a victim advocate, supporting individuals through some of the hardest chapters of their lives. That experience shaped how I approach my work today, with empathy, intention, and a genuine respect for every couple and their story.
For me, wedding planning isn’t just about checklists and timelines. It’s about people. It’s about creating something that feels real and personal, and making sure you feel supported from start to finish. I care about the little things, the energy in the room, and the moments you’ll remember long after the day is done.
