Megan and Jared’s wedding planning journey with Scotto Soirées began in June 2024, when they reached out to share their vision, their love story, and all the meaningful touches they dreamed of for their special day. We met at a cozy coffee shop in Brevard County, and from that moment on, I was honored to help them craft a celebration that would be as meaningful as it was beautiful. Once they secured their date, the real magic began, and the planning truly took shape.

Megan and Jared envisioned a family-style dining experience with a touch of whimsy and a boho-chic vibe, all wrapped in a golden and champagne-inspired aesthetic. Over the next few months, I worked closely with them to bring that vision to life. Together, we sourced the perfect vendors, designed elegant tablescapes, and carefully pieced together the timeline.

Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and countless hours went into perfecting each element. I stayed in constant communication with Megan and her vendors, ensuring that everything was aligned. By December, we focused on finalizing the last details, making those final decisions, and conducting one last venue walkthrough to ensure everything was exactly as they had envisioned.

As the wedding day at The Field Manor approached, the week before the event was dedicated to flawless coordination. We confirmed the final guest count, reviewed the floorplan, and finalized the timeline. I worked hand-in-hand with the vendors to ensure logistics were on track and to address any last-minute questions. The day before the wedding, we held the ceremony rehearsal, did one last walkthrough, and checked every decor element to ensure it was exactly as planned. Megan and Jared were able to relax, knowing that I was taking care of all the details, allowing them to focus on enjoying their day.

The highly anticipated wedding day arrived, and we kicked off bright and early at 9 a.m. with setup. From arranging the ceremony and reception spaces to coordinating with vendors and the venue staff, every detail was meticulously executed to bring Megan and Jared’s vision to life. I draped champagne-colored runners across the tables, placed taper candles with muted gold holders down the center, and added delicate bud vases filled with colorful florals by Des Islets. Each napkin, made from champagne linen by Chairs for Affairs, was hand-tied into a sweet bow and placed with care at every setting. The blend of gold and champagne accents created a playful yet sophisticated atmosphere, transforming the entire space into a cohesive, whimsical celebration.

By 4 p.m., everything was perfectly in place, and the ceremony began.

After exchanging vows and sharing a beautiful prayer circle, guests enjoyed an intimate cocktail hour. The Twisted Tap Mobile Bar served up beautifully crafted “his & hers” drinks—Jared’s Jack & Coke and Megan’s Winter Margarita. Meanwhile, I worked with Maria Angelica, their photographer, ensuring family photos were taken while keeping the appetizers by The Pizza Gallery replenished and guiding guests smoothly from cocktail hour to reception.

The reception was filled with vibrant energy, starting with the grand entrance of the newlyweds and their first dance. The gourmet pizza buffet from The Pizza Gallery was unveiled, and I made sure everything was replenished so guests could savor every bite. The ice cream truck by Carin’s Ice added a fun and unique element, serving hot chocolate to keep guests warm and creating a lively atmosphere.

As speeches flowed and the dance floor opened, I kept a watchful eye on the timeline, ensuring everything went smoothly so Megan and Jared could truly enjoy their day. With every detail in place, they were able to be fully present and immersed in the joy of the day, knowing I was handling the rest.

Throughout the evening, I maintained close communication with all the vendors to ensure they were well taken care of, while also checking in with Megan and Jared to make sure they were soaking in every moment. As the night wound down, I helped prepare for guest departures, ensuring everyone had their personal items and thank-you gifts (personalized matchboxes and sweet candles). I carefully packed up decor, collected gifts and cards, and dismantled the tablescapes. Every little detail was attended to, and I coordinated the return of all rentals to ensure everything was ready for pick-up the following day. This allowed Megan and Jared to continue savoring their memories without a single worry.
